1970s Willy Van Rooy Tunique Unique 3-Piece Set

Willy van Rooy is an established name in the fashion world. Willy's iconic and sophisticated style has been revered by fashion connoisseurs and celebrities alike throughout her career as a model and fashion designer. She has graced the cover of many fashion magazines, and appeared in Vogue alongside one of our local fashion icons, Murph Damron.

The "Tunique Unique" was designed by Willy Van Rooy in the mid 1970s. It took the fashion world by storm and was worn by the most stylish women of the day: Paloma Picasso, Loulou de la Falaise and Diana Vreeland to name a few. Around this time, Willy began designing accessories for Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld. She went on to create her own shoe line and fine art paintings.

This 3-piece set includes a tunic, pants and long sash. Good vintage condition with minimal wear and no flaws.
